How to book a flight with Afriqiyah Airways?

How to proceed?

Bookings made through our website: Your payment will be checked. Subject to sucessful payment, you will get your electronic tickets after a short period of time by email.
Booking requests made by email: You will get an offer from us. After you have accepted our offer we will send you a booking confirmation along with an invoice. Subsequent to your payment by bank transfer or by credit card (Master Card/ Visa / American Express), we will issue your tickets and send them to you. All required account numbers and banking codes are on the invoice.

We recommend to make the payment by credit card for all bookings which are generated shortly before departure (ten days or less).
Alternatively, you may pay by cash payment into our bank account. This payment method is accepted at all common bank counters. After paying the cash money the bank clerk will give you a receipt which we request as a confirmation. Please scan it and send it to us by e-mail or fax.
We strongly recommend not to pay by regular bank transfer. It might take a few days until the money is credited to our account. This may cause the cancellation of the booking in case that the ticketing timelimit expires.

We issue the ticket immediately after receiving your payment or cashpayment receipt. Tickets paid by credit card will be issued after the approval of the card.
For all other bookings, an E-Ticket will be provided. A confirmation containing the virtual ticket number will be sent by E-Mail.

Please remember that we require the reconfirmation of your flights by latest 72 hours prior to departure.
Please check-in on time. The counter at Dusseldorf airport opens 3 hours prior to departure and will be closed 1 hour before the flight.
